About Accessories
Accessories complete Final Fantasy XII’s massive amount of equippable items, weapons and armor. Unlike weapons and armor, Accessories do not usually have a direct effect on a character’s stats. Rather, they serve to give characters a number of passive benefits for any situations. Accessories can protect against status effects, such as poison or blindness, allowing you to save your MP for other necessary spells, or they can give a permanent boost to attack power or defense while worn. Using different Accessories to prevent bothersome status effects or provide stats boosts depending on the situation can play a crucial role when making your way through the more frustrating dungeons in the game.
