It alows you to cast Deathblow, Manipulate, Morph, Mime, Sense, Steal, and Throw with just one piece of Materia. also it gives you no status penitlies. you aquire it by going to Cosmo Canyon with the materia menstioned bove mastered and talk to the huge materia. You can also bring the Earth Harp to the man in Kalm. (see side quests) |
