Need Exp? Simply go to the Islands Closest to Hell and Heaven and equip DoomTrain and Lv. Up. Also have characters with limit
breaks ready. Get into a fight and use DoomTrain. Then, Lv. up the enemy to 100 and finish it off quickly with limit breaks. you will get tons of exp.
At Disc 2 , when your party has boarded the Galbadian Garden, you will eventually stumble upon an ice hokey rink.. The foes here are semi – human icehockey players. They come in packs of 3 , 4 or 5:es and has some strong attacks. But your strongest GF’s will kill them with one hit (if not, then you’re not strong enough to obtain GF Cerberus which is located at this facility, and believe me, you’ll WANT to get it.). These guys doesn’t have much HP but since they’re so many, you’ll get lots of EXP.
Now, you can get from 400 – 900 EXP depending on how many players you meet. And since it ALWAYS takes 1000 exp to level up, you could get up to 100 with the three characters if you stay there for a few hours. There are two screens in which you encounter these monsters, so while defeating one pack of them in one screen, switch screen for a more sucessfull encounter rate.
Ok, top line, you’ll need to learn Quistis Blue Magic Degenerator and have
GF Pandemona equipped whilst having learnt Initiave (Don’t forget to set
the ability). Now, before we ascend to Island Closest to Hell / Heaven (just pick a choice) enter a battle with an easy monster, not capable of doing harm. Now start hitting Quistis until her HP is low (yellow). Now go to any of the islands, SAVE and run around until you encounter a random battle. Quistis SHOULD have her turn right away, so if there is no arrow after attack, keep on clicking circle ( o ) until it comes up.
When it does, press and hold right and select Degenarator. It should make the enemy vanish meaning that you have won! (Sure , you won’t get enough EXP as you would defetaing them by attack , magic or GF but still, it’s a good amount of EXP!) This trick comes in handy when you want to level up fast but don’t have the strength enough to do it. Also, I advise saving every now and then, JUST INCASE something goes wrong.
