Location
The Tonberry King GF can be obtained when Balamb Garden becomes mobile, in disc 2. Go to the Centra Ruins and fight 20 regular Tonberries. After the 20th is killed, the Tonberry King will automatically take the place of the fallen Tonberry and pick up the fight from there on. Beat him, and he will join you.
