The Heaven Island is located northeast of esthar, near the Chocobo Sanctuary. The Hell Island is located to the southwest of Deling City. Both islands hold hidden DPs, which recover quite fast and should be your primary source of high-class spells in FF8. However, the enemies you’ll find here will always be at Level 100. Equip Diablos’ Encounter-None ability for an easier time picking up spells.
