Laguna’s statue should be completed by now. Talk to the Shumis and the fisherman from FH at the Workshop, followed by the Elder. Also, be sure to use the Ultima DP while you’re here. You won’t be able to re-enter the Shumi Tribe Village on Disc 4 (or any other town for that matter).
